Trademarks
Spider-Man, Peter Parker, Miles Morales, the Sinister Six and all related character names, likenesses and marks are trademarks of Marvel Characters, Inc. They are used on this site only to identify the characters and stories being discussed. No logos, emblems or trade dress belonging to Marvel, Disney or Sony are used, and the site's own name, emblem and design are original.
Copyright and fair use
Spider-Man comics, films, games and characters are protected by copyright owned by Marvel, Disney, Sony and other rights holders. This site hosts no official artwork, scans, comic pages or film stills, and it does not reproduce dialogue or lyrics. It publishes original commentary, analysis, ratings and summaries of published stories, with issue numbers cited so readers can find the source. We believe this use is a fair use for the purposes of commentary, criticism and research.
The odds are opinion
All percentages, ratings and rankings are fan estimates made for entertainment and discussion. They are not official, not canon, and not betting odds. Do not use them for gambling or any financial decision.
Accuracy
We work to get every fact and issue number right, but comics continuity is vast, and we will make mistakes. If you spot one, please let us know.
Rights holders
If you own rights in material referenced on this site and believe any of it goes beyond fair use, please email [email protected] with the page address and the material concerned. We respond promptly and will remove or change material when appropriate.
Advertising
This site may show advertising from third-party networks such as Google AdSense. Ads are chosen by those networks, not by us, and are not endorsements.
Affiliate links
SpiderOdds is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. We are also a Bookshop.org affiliate, and links to individual books on Bookshop.org carry our affiliate ID. When you buy through an affiliate link on this site, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links never change which books we recommend or how we rate anything.
